1. Who we are

HYVE Media FZ LLC (“HYVE”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-native media agency with its head office at 204 Emmay Tower, Media City, Dubai, UAE. For anything in this policy, or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@hyvemedia.io.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• When you contact us. If you email us (for example via a “Book a call” link), or submit the contact form or a resource-download form on this site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, typically your name, company and project details. The forms are hosted by Pipedrive, our CRM provider, which processes submissions on our behalf.
• When you chat with us. Where you have consented (see section 10), the site offers a live-chat widget provided by Pipedrive. We receive the messages you send and any contact details you share in the conversation.
• Standard hosting logs. Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure records technical information when pages are served (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
• Visitor measurement. Where you have consented, measurement tools process technical data about your visit, including identifying the organisation a visit likely came from (see section 10).

The site has no account registration and no comment features.

3. How we use personal data

• to respond to your enquiries and talk with you about working together;
• to keep a record of our correspondence;
• to operate, secure and maintain the site;
• to meet legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for profiling.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the context, we process personal data on the basis of your consent (you chose to contact us), our legitimate interests (running and securing the site and our business), or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, or where the law requires it. These include our hosting and email providers, and Pipedrive, the CRM where enquiries, form submissions and chat conversations are stored.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data remains protected in line with applicable law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up business relationship, and hosting logs for a short operational period, after which data is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.

8. How we protect it

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low.

9. Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 10. Cookies, consent and third-party tools

On your first visit, a consent banner asks whether we may use cookies for analytics and marketing tools. This site uses Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode v2: the Tag Manager script itself loads with each page, and Google may receive technical data (such as your IP address) under Google's privacy policy, but the measurement and marketing tools it manages, listed below, only run once you accept. They may then set their own cookies and process technical data under their providers' privacy policies. Declining still lets you use the site normally. Your choice is stored in your browser; to change your mind, clear this site's browsing data (cookies and site storage) and the banner will ask again on your next visit.

• Live chat (Pipedrive). Where you have consented, we load a live-chat widget so you can talk to us directly from the site. Pipedrive processes chat messages and related technical data under its privacy policy.
• Web Visitors (Pipedrive). Where you have consented, this tool processes technical data about your visit (such as your IP address and the pages you view) to identify the organisation a visit likely came from and how it engages with our site. It identifies companies, not named individuals.

Our contact page also embeds a Google Map; when you open it, Google may receive technical data and set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. Otherwise, only technically necessary storage may be used by the hosting platform to serve pages securely. If anything else changes, we will update this policy first.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our services evolve. The version on this page applies from its “last updated” date.
