HYVE Media is an independent media agency built for how marketing works today. Founded in 2026, with teams in Dubai, Riyadh and Cairo, we help ambitious brands across the GCC grow through paid media, organic media, data and analytics, and customer experience. Our own technology, Honeycomb, connects more than 150 data sources to HYVE Memory, so AI works alongside our team every day while human judgement stays at the centre. The role

You’ll work with our AI and engineering team to find new ways AI can make our work efficient and accurate. You’ll help build and test automations, AI apps and agents for our paid media, organic media and data teams, support the development of Honeycomb, and learn by doing real work from day one.

What you'll do

• Build and test automations that take repetitive work off our teams’ plates, using tools such as n8n, Zapier or simple scripts
• Help prototype AI apps and agents for our paid media, organic media and data teams
• Support our AI and engineering team on Honeycomb, from testing new features to helping connect data sources
• Try out new AI models and tools as they launch, and share what’s worth using with the team
• Check AI outputs carefully, and help build simple checks that make our AI tools more reliable
• Keep a clear record of what we’ve built, tested and learnt, so the whole team can benefit
• Help colleagues get started with new AI tools through short guides and demos
• Share your ideas in team reviews, and bring your own experiments to the table

What you'll bring

• A genuine curiosity about AI, using tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Google Antigravity regularly, and something you’ve built or tried that you can talk us through, even a small personal or uni project
• A willingness to get technical, without being put off by things you haven’t done before
• Confidence with Excel or Google Sheets, and a healthy instinct to double-check what AI tells you
• An interest in how brands, ads and social content work, with no agency experience needed
• A love of learning by doing, with the confidence to experiment, make mistakes, ask questions and share what you find
• Clear communication, with the ability to explain your ideas simply and take feedback well
• Some experience with Python, JavaScript or no-code tools such as Zapier or n8n would be a plus
